Will my parcel be discreet?

Your privacy is really important to us, with our discreet packaging, you can shop with complete confidence and confidentiality.  

Packaging

• Depending on the nature and size of your order, you’ll receive your items either in a plain box, plain heavy-duty or padded envelopes.
• Your parcel won’t have any markings that identifies what is enclosed. The address label and courier sticker will be attached.
• We charge a flat fee for delivery. This will be shown on checkout.
• Local Taxes may be charged in your country.

How long will it take to deliver?

• Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days by 1st class Royal Mail.
• Some UK postcodes including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Northern Island, our Standard Delivery service may take longer to arrive.
• Orders for outside of the UK for example USA, Canada etc will take longer to deliver. Please allow 30 working days.

Delivery Queries

Not received your order? Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within the specific timeframes, but please remember that these are estimations. In rare occurrences, deliveries may be subject to delay.
If you have any problems, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

If it still hasn’t arrived, or you can’t locate your delivery, contact us at info@bobsrus.com within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.
