Introduction – Please Read Carefully
The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. By accessing or using Bobs ‘R’ Us Group and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Care Department before ordering from us.
Legal Age To Buy
By purchasing products from Bobs ‘R’ Us Group you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Bobs ‘R’ Us Group is not obliged to accept your order.
Contract Formation
Orders made through Bobs ‘R’ Us Group are subject to acceptance and No contract will officially exist between you and Bobs ‘R’ Us Group until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Delivery
Delivery Standard Delivery – Free Royal Mail Discreet Packaging
Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days by 1st class Royal Mail
- Choose to have your order delivered to your address,
- we’ll email you as your order is dispatched,
- Some UK postcodes including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Northern Island, our Standard Delivery service may take longer to arrive.
Delivery Queries
- Not received your order? Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within the specific time frames, but please bear in mind that these are estimations. In rare occurrences, deliveries may be subject to delay.
- If you have any problems, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, or you can’t locate your delivery, contact us at info@bobsrus.com within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.
Our Returns Policy
If you’re not happy with something you purchase Bobs ‘R’ Us Group, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused in their original condition with all tags and labels intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.
There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund:
- Toys, where the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal removed, unless the item has been returned to us and on inspection is found to be damaged or faulty and is still within warranty;
- Lingerie, which has been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed;
- Hosiery, which has been worn or where the seal is broken;
- Items purchased as part of a set, which have been returned separately or as an incomplete set;
- Earrings & pierced jewellery;
- Face coverings
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, contact info@bobsrus.com on how to return this to us.
Postal Returns
Returning your items to us for a refund or exchange is FREE with Royal Mail.
Returns to our warehouse can take up to 10 working days to be received. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process your refund/exchange within 5 working days. If you haven’t received a notification from us that we’ve processed your return/exchange after 15 working days, contact Bobs ‘R’ Us Group.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card You can only order through our Web site pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as above.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
